The snowman is wearing a matching knit hat and scarf with a striped pattern and is carrying on its twig arm a lightly distressed wood sign on a metal wire that reads Welcome Friends next to illustrations of a star and a stocking. Pinned to the scarf is a name tag that reads Charlie. This adorable snowman was designed by Joyce Napotnik and measures 10.5" high by 7" wide and 7" deep.
